All the congress sessions, Coffee breaks, Light Lunch, Celebration Evening Dinner and Social Events, unless specified.
WOO will not be making hotel bookings or organising airport transfers for delegates.

- Please register using your valid company email address.

- Payment method Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard (for which it’s necessary to have the 3DSecure code), American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.

- After completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of booking by email, please check in your
SPAM Folder if you do not receive this.

- Once you have completed your booking, after a few days you will receive a confirmation invoice from the Organizing Secretariat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As far as to substitute / name change we apply € 50,00 admin fee.
For the cancellation, we apply 50% of the registration fee 1 week prior the congress and no refund after that date.
For any refund that has to be processed 2% of the admin fee will be applied.

VISA PROCESS

The invitation letter for the visa application can be requested to our office by email worldooh@global-studio.it
Admin fee will be charged € 20,00 per letter. The request has to be done in due time.

The Visa on Arrival for Bali (Indonesia) can now be purchased online BEFORE arriving to Bali.

3. Nationals not on the Visit Visa list (Visa on Arrival) need to apply for a B211A Visit Visa (60 days, extendable) before arriving to Indonesia

You also need a B211A Visit Visa if you want to stay longer than 60 days (need to be extended, extra cost)

CUSTOM DECLARATION

The Indonesia Customs Declaration (e-CD) is now a mandatory requirement for all passengers entering the country (including the island of Bali).
