All the Forum sessions, Coffee breaks, Light Lunch, Gala Dinner and Social Events, unless specified.

Accompanying persons will only attend the Social Events, not the Forum sessions.

- Please register using your valid company email address

- Payment method Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard (for which it’s mandatory to have the 3DSecure code), American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB.

- After completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of booking by email, please check in your

SPAM Folder if you do not receive this.

- Once you have completed your booking, after a few days you will receive a confirmation invoice from the Organizing Secretariat.

CANCELLATION POLICY

As far as to substitute / name change we apply € 50,00 admin fee.

For the cancellation, we apply 50% of the registration fee 1 week prior the congress and no refund after that date.

For any refund that has to be processed 5% of the admin fee will be applied.


VISA PROCESS

The invitation letter for the visa application can be requested to our office by email worldooh@global-studio.it

Admin fee will be charged € 20,00 per letter. The request has to be done in due time.
