The Registration Fees Include

- Please register using your valid company email address
- Payment method Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard (for which it’s mandatory to have the 3DSecure code), American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, etc.
- After completing the registration process, you will receive a confirmation of booking by email, please check in your SPAM Folder if you do not receive this.
- Once you have completed your booking, after a few days you will receive a confirmation invoice from the Organizing Secretariat.

CANCELLATION POLICY
As far as to substitute / name change we apply USD 50 admin fee.
For the cancellation, we apply 50% of the registration fee 2 weeks prior the Summit and no refund after that date.
For any refund that has to be processed 5% of the admin fee will be applied.
VISA PROCESS
The invitation letter for the visa application can be requested to our office by email
Admin fee will be charged USD 20 per letter.
The request has to be done in due time.

RULES AND PRACTICAL INSTRUCTIONS
A guided procedure will help you decide if you need to apply for a visa based on your nationality, country of residence, reasons for your visit and length of stay.
If you need a visa for Dubai, you will be provided with all the information and forms needed to submit your application.
Submission of the required documentation does not automatically guarantee visa issuance.
Upon entering Dubai, even if you have a visa, Border Authorities are authorized once again to check the documents required for issuance of the visa.
