GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT VISAS

A guided procedure on the Korea Visa Portal helps determine if you need a visa based on nationality, purpose, and length of stay.

The “e‑Visa (Individual)” can be applied for online for many visa types (E‑1, E‑3, E‑4, E‑5, E‑7, F‑3 dependents, C‑3‑1, C‑3‑3, C‑3‑4, C‑4).

To apply: fill out the e-form, pay via credit card, upload passport photo, invitation letter, and any additional required documents, then submit.

Fees are paid in USD: e‑Visa up to 90 days: USD 40; longer or multiple-entry visas up to USD 90. Card surcharge may apply.

Submitting documentation does not guarantee issuance. Border authorities may re-check documents upon arrival.

The request must include the following information:

• Place of issue
• Date of issue
• Date of expiry
