THE REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES

Delegates: Access includes all Congress sessions, coffee breaks, light lunch, Gala Dinner, and Social Events. Tours and excursions are excluded.

Accompanying Persons: Access includes Social Events only (Welcome Cocktail Reception, Gala Dinner, and After-Dinner Party). Congress sessions are not included. Please note: Tours and excursions are excluded.

Substitution or name change: €50.00 per request.
Attendance cancellation: 50% refund up to 1 week before the congress; no refund thereafter.
Refunds incur 5% admin fee.

Check-in is 16:00; Check-out time is 11:00 am.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and approval by Front Desk.

  • Early check-in between 10:00 am – 2:00 pm: 50% of 1 night charge
  • Before 10:00 am: 100% of 1 night charge, late check-out charges will apply according to time of departure.
  • Early Departure fees apply for any changes in the departure date, the charge applicable is 100% of the room rate.

- Any modifications or cancellations must be communicated promptly to the Organising Secretariat.

- For cancellations received less than four weeks before the Congress, the full cost will be charged unless the room can be resold.

- No-shows or early departures will be considered cancellations and charged in full.

- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or written confirmation from the Secretariat.

The terms and cancellation policy are accepted at the time of booking confirmation.

Transportation

Reaching the Hilton Park Lane from Heathrow Airport

The fastest and most comfortable way to reach the hotel from Heathrow Airport is by using the Heathrow Express, a direct train service connecting Heathrow to central London.

Route: Heathrow Airport → London Paddington Station
Duration: 15–17 minutes (non-stop)

2. Transfer from Paddington Station to Hilton Park Lane

There are several options to reach the hotel from Paddington Station:

  • By Taxi / Ride-hailing (Uber, Bolt): 10–15 minutes depending on traffic
  • By Tube: Take the Bakerloo Line southbound → Stop at Hyde Park Corner → 6-minute walk to the hotel
  • By Bus: Several routes connect Paddington to Mayfair; however, travel time varies due to traffic

Exit the station following signs for Piccadilly / Park Lane. Once outside, turn right onto Park Lane and walk straight for approximately 450 meters. The Hilton Park Lane will be on your right-hand side.

For guests preferring private transportation, private transfers and car services can also be arranged through the hotel concierge.

United Kingdom ETA

Visitors traveling to the United Kingdom for stays up to 6 months can apply online for the United Kingdom ETA (Electronic Travel Authorisation) to travel to and within the country.
